Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for exchange.
We do not provide refunds or store credits.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size or product is to request an exchange and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds or store credits.

In case a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
