1. What Is the Easy Return Policy?
We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery for both prepaid and COD orders.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and properly packed in its original packaging.

You may courier the product to our return address. Informing us via WhatsApp or email before dispatch is optional, but it helps us track your return more efficiently.

2. When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive your returned product, the following process will take place:

Quality Check:
The product will be inspected within 1–2 working days.

Refund Initiation:
After approval, the refund will be initiated within 1–2 working days.

Refund Processing Time:
Post initiation, it generally takes 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. What Is the Refund Method?
For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer after successful quality check. Customers will need to share their bank details.

The refund mode cannot be changed.

Please note that only the product price will be refunded. Delivery, shipping, and COD charges are non-refundable.

4. Is There a Time Limit for Returns?
Yes. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

5. What If My Order Is Lost or Undelivered?
If your prepaid order is lost or not delivered to your address, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges paid online.

6. Can I Cancel My Order?
You may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

For successful cancellations, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Is an Unboxing Video Required?
We recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel.

An unboxing video is required in case of damaged, missing, or incorrect product claims to ensure a quick and fair resolution.

8. What Payment Options Are Available?
